全自動(dòng)恒溫膏體灌裝機(jī)

適合粘度較大，流動(dòng)性較差的膏體物料的計(jì)量灌裝。采用氣動(dòng)灌裝，料斗和料缸、出料管道均用電加熱，料斗配有一框式攪拌系統(tǒng)。清洗、操作方便，符合GMP標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

1、本機(jī)配圓柱形料箱，夾層電加溫，有劃槳攪拌裝置，可對(duì)膏液體物料加熱、攪拌、溫控等功能，可以讓需要加熱、攪拌、恒溫的物料在規(guī)定的范圍內(nèi)灌裝，達(dá)到預(yù)定的效果 ；
2、本機(jī)灌裝采用壓縮空氣控制，雙頭雙線，光標(biāo)定位剎車形式，速度比擋瓶形式明顯提高；

3、氣動(dòng)部分采用臺(tái)灣AirTac的氣動(dòng)元件；

4、物料接觸部分采用316L不銹鋼制成，符合GMP要求；

6、灌裝悶頭采用防滴漏、防拉絲及升降灌裝裝置。
